What happens if I run out of time?

If your 20second timer runs out, your turn is forfeited and play passes to your opponent. You can still win even if you miss a turn — every second counts!

Do I always get another turn after claiming a box?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Completing a box (drawing its 4th side) awards you an immediate bonus turn. This is your chance to chain multiple boxes together for a big score!

Is there a difference between PvP and Blitz?

This is PvP Blitz — you play against a real human opponent with a 20second timer. For solo play against AI with an 8second timer, check out our Free Dots & Boxes Blitz mode.

Practice pattern recognition to quickly spot box opportunities. Learn to identify chains — sequences of boxes where you can complete multiple in one turn. And always think: If I draw this line, can my opponent complete the box?
